For anyone who didn't watch the videos, here is a fair description of how the game works.
Horse Hearts: Oxygen Level.  If they go all the way black, you die of Oxygen Depletion.  To re-fill your Oxygen, go to the 3x3x3 cube of Emeralds in the center.
EXP Bar: This is your Jetpack Fuel.  If it is fully depleted, you will no longer be able to maneuver with your Jetpack.
Hearts:  Basically, this is your health.  If you have no hearts left, you die.
-Controls
Q, or Drop Item:  This will push you off in the direction you are looking.  This only works if you are grabbing on to a platform.
Right Click, or Use Item:  This uses your jetpack to push you in the direction you are looking.
Left Click, or Break Item: This fires a blast in the direction you are looking.  This blast will push players it runs into, and can destroy platforms that aren't gold and emerald.

When there are green fireworks at a gold 3x1x3 panel, that is a fuel refill.  If you fly into it, your fuel will be replenished.
